I've been in Post Production starting in the early 80's in Burbank California, editing on a Flatbed - KEM, Steenbeck, Moviola, 2" Quad, I" C Band, and 3/4" tape with VITC timecode. I worked as a on-line editor at most of the premiere post facilities that are in the Burbank/Hollywood area. Eventually, I ended up working for Watanabe Publishing in Tokyo  Japan where I produced live concerts out of Tokyo Arena. This is where I had to learn broadcast engineering, broadcasting live events worldwide.
